BAM offers a fun team environment for kids and young adults ranging from first-timers to Junior Elite competitors. At BAM, we use endurance sports — swimming, biking, running, triathlon, multisport, strength and mental conditioning — to encourage both athletic skills and personal development. As youth develop skills and fitness, and see their performance improve, they build confidence at an early age. 



High-Performance Junior Elite triathlon

Hands-on, individual and small-group coaching to help junior elite athletes succeed on national and international stages in draft-legal, collegiate and professional formats.


Youth Programs & Triathlon Coaching

We offer summer camps for youth to develop their triathlon skills, as well as training and personal coaching throughout the year to help young athletes excel in their age group. 



We welcome youth from mountain bike teams to join us in the winter for power-zone based training, strength + balance conditioning and mental skills development. See dramatic gains before the outdoor season even begins.

HS MTB Program for teams

If your youth is on a HS MTB team or you coach/volunteer with one, please contact us about creating an opportunity for the entire team. We currently work with teams from Herriman and Bingham high schools.

Winter/Spring for Tri Juniors

If your youth is planning to participate in triathlons in the summer, including time indoors on the bike can help their fitness for all other sports and prepare them for a strong summer season.
