When it's warm, it's time to swim outside!

We’ve held our Summer Swim Series at the beautiful 50m Draper Outdoor Pool overlooking the entire Salt Lake Valley. But it’s under construction in 2019! So we’ve moved to the South County Pool, which has a similar view from another vista.

What makes this different from your local masters? We focus on developing the fitness and skills that apply in open water swimming and triathlon.

Get prepared to tackle the first leg in your triathlon with the help of the BAM Summer Swim Series for triathletes:

Monday Session: 6-7a - Technique-heavy sessions, suggested for beginner and intermediate swimmers. Not sure where you fall? Contact us.

Thursday Session: 6-730a - Key/main workout of the week. Appropriate for all levels, beginner to advanced.

Season: 11 weeks, running June 3 - August 15, 2019

Cost: $125 for one session. Register for a second and get $25 off.
