Rides will take advantage of the climbs in Park city but no rider will be left behind. Rides will last around 90min, you must have a helmet, what you need to change a flat and water. Echo Res. Group swim/ride. Race prep!

Join us to practice the swim at Echo Reservoir. Coaches Anna and Heather G will be on the water. Please wear a bright swim cap, your wet suit, and bring your swim buoy (we have a few extra) . After the swim (approximately 8:15-8:30) we will bike the Echo Tri Course (both Sprint and Olympic options). You need fuel and hydration and what you need to change a flat. You can choose to swim or bike if you don't want to do both. PARK outside the gate for the Echo Resort (the first resort about 1.5 miles past the center of town on the left) to avoid a daily fee.

6th Annual BAM 4th of July Ride

  • Big cottonwood canyon

Annual 4th of July Ride! As per yearly tradition we will be riding from Big cottonwood, into Park City, down emigration canyon and then back to Big Cottonwood. This is an incredibly scenic 67 mile ride that features 7300 ft of elevation gain and some of the best views the Wasatch can offer. We always get a big turnout and all levels are welcome. A group starts at 6am, B group at 6:20, C group at 6:40. (with C being the faster group)

SWIKERU: Short Course multi-day event

Training event focusing on short course speed, transition, and bike handling skills with special guest Bobby McGee who has coached for over 30 years, lead many runners to the Olympics, and was the head triathlon coach for team USA at the Rio olympics. We are pumped to have him with us! 

The event will take place in two locations over a 2 day period.

  1. Swim on Friday evening, where athletes will swim in individual heats on a short course laid out in a pool. 
  2. Bike and Run on Saturday Morning: Working on fast handling and transition skills on a very short, closed course that Bobby has had many athletes do all over the county. 

Everyone is welcome to this event, the cover charge is $30 dollars and you need a road bike (borrow one if you need!) All athletes, all sports. Come put these short courses to the test and see what you've got!
