Tri to Swim workouts meet every Wednesday at 6:00 AM for 45 to 60 minutes depending on the time you have available.

Work on Stroke technique and building your endurance toward your race distance. Coach Heather G is happy to work with your personal Tri Coach to establish specific goals in your training plan.
Cost is $100 for a 10 sessions pass (1 year expiration and can be used for open water swims in the summer) or $15 drop in fee.
