BAM's Indoor Power Program for cycling follows a science-based approach to promote the maximum amount of improvement possible in each of the four 6-week sessions. The program was designed by Dr. Max Testa, a respected cycling expert with more than 30 years of experience. Dr. Testa currently coaches the BMC Professional Cycling Team as well as the 2016 Olympic Cycling Gold Medalist. Our cycling program allows you to vastly improve your performance over the winter while participating in fun and motivating power-based training sessions. By individualizing your training zones from your blood lactate test, training with accurate wattage on our Kickrs and Computrainers, and adding in some rocking music and good-natured peer pressure, BAM's Indoor Power Program will optimize your time on the trainer.

The Indoor Power Program Sessions run November-April. Each session is built to accomplish a specific training outcome, and they work together progressively so you're at your best come racing season.
