BAM Camp is the ultimate immersion in triathlon training for every triathlete who attends; from first-timers, to Kona hopefuls, to professional triathletes - there will be a place for you at BAM Camp. Our Camps provide planned sessions full of direct coach-to-athlete instruction in all areas of the sport. Every athlete benefits from the supported training, education, community building, and fun that BAM Camp offers! Each Camp has something unique to offer and presents different experiences with options. Come and experience BAM Camp for yourself - you'll be glad you did! 


We always strive to provide:

  • Valuable feedback in swim technique, bike handling and run biomechanics

  • Camaraderie and team dynamic with fellow athletes

  • Open learning environment to encourage athletic and skill development

  • Athlete-specific training sessions with planned recovery time

  • Bike maintenance & repair clinics

At every camp, you can count on:

  • Group sessions coached by USAT L1 & L2 coaches

  • Venue and race-specific training

  • SAG during rides & brick workouts

  • Proper recovery time and access to tools like foam rollers and boots

  • No facility fees! We handle park fees, lane rentals, etc. so you can focus on training


 

Lodging

It's up to you! There are many options including camping, AirBNB, hotels and resorts. As a convenience to meeting locations, we may suggest a hotel central to camp activities. If spots are available in home(s) rented for camp staff, they will be listed among the ticketing options. Check each camp's ticketing page (links below), find the event on Facebook or contact us with questions. We're happy to help.

TRANSPORTATION

Most campers will drive to camp or rent a car if they fly in. If you'd like to carpool or make other arrangements, find the camp Facebook event and post in the discussion.

What if I'm not doing the big race that everyone else is?

Great question! We host camps in locations where many of our coaching clients come to race later in the season. We'll ride the course. We'll run the course. And if the weather is right, we'll swim the course. For many campers, this venue-specific preparation is an important component of their training arc. But camp isn't just for them. At every camp, we have athletes with a wide array of race schedules. Everyone comes to build volume, to invest concentrated focus on skill development, and to grow in a performance environment. Because our coaching philosophy is about the individual, you can rest assured that no matter what your goals are, you can attend BAM Camp and get the individualized attention you need to progress.

 
 
 

Saint George, UT

FEB & MARCH 2019

This camp features breathtaking red rock scenery, venue-specific training, and open water specific swim training in the pool to provide ample preparation for anyone racing IRONMAN St. George 70.3 in May, or any other race with an open water swim! This camp also includes bike rides along the scenic gunlock loop and the St. George 70.3 bike route, as well as course recon for the swim and run. If you are new to the sport, embarking on your first 70.3 distance race, looking to set a new PR at St. George, or just looking for an awesome tri camp experience... This camp is for you!
