BAM Camps are the ultimate immersive triathlon training experience for everyone from first-timers to Kona hopefuls and professional triathletes. These camps provide a concentrated weekend full of direct coach-to-athlete instruction in all areas of the sport. Every athlete benefits from the supported training, education, community building, and fun that BAM Camps offer! Each camp has something unique to offer and will be a difference experience based on the location and time of year.


We always strive to provide the following for all athletes in attendance:

  • Valuable feedback in swim technique, bike handling, and running biomechanics

  • Venue and race-specific training

This camp includes a one-on-one consultation with one of our coaches to help you lay out your 2017 Racing season and goals in the sport. This camp features bike rides along the Pacific coast highway with segments from the Oceanside 70.3 route, a trail run in gorgeous Torrey Pines, and swims in the famous La Jolla cove. If you have ever wondered if 4 days can impact your triathlon training, the answer is yes, and it's here with BAM.

Beautiful red rock scenery and venue specific training make this camps wonderful for everyone. This is great preparation for anyone doing IM St. George 70.3 in May! This camp includes open water specific swim training, bike rides along the scenic gunlock loop as well as the St. George 70.3 bike route as well as course recon for the swim and run. If you are new to sport, looking to PR at St.George, or anything in-between. We can help you.
