BAM Camp is the ultimate immersion in triathlon training for every triathlete who attends; from first-timers, to Kona hopefuls, to professional triathletes - there will be a place for you at BAM Camp. Our Camps provide planned sessions full of direct coach-to-athlete instruction in all areas of the sport. Every athlete benefits from the supported training, education, community building, and fun that BAM Camp offers! Each Camp has something unique to offer and presents different experiences with options between February and March, with 2 unique and scenic locations in 2018! Come and experience BAM Camp for yourself - you'll be glad you did! 

We always strive to provide the following for all athletes in attendance:

  • Valuable feedback in swim technique, bike handling, and running biomechanics

  • Venue and race-specific training

  • Camaraderie and team dynamic with fellow athletes

  • Open learning environment to encourage athletic and skill development

  • Athlete-specific training sessions with planned recovery time 

  • Bike maintenance/repair skills clinic 


Henderson/Las Vegas, NV


This camp has a 4 or 7 day option. Both camps include a one-on-one consultation with one of our coaches to help you lay out your 2018 racing season and goals in the sport. This camp features scenic bike rides around Lake Mead, runs in Red Rock Canyon and outdoor swims in a gorgeous 50 meter pool. If you have ever wondered if a training camp can impact your triathlon training, the answer is yes and it's here with BAM!

Saint George, UT

MARCH 22 - 24, 2018

This camp features breathtaking red rock scenery, venue-specific training, and open water specific swim training in the pool to provide ample preparation for anyone racing IRONMAN St. George 70.3 in May, or any other race with an open water swim! This camp also includes bike rides along the scenic gunlock loop and the St. George 70.3 bike route, as well as course recon for the swim and run. If you are new to the sport, embarking on your first 70.3 distance race, looking to set a new PR at St. George, or just looking for an awesome tri camp experience... This camp is for you!

This camp features venue-specific training on the course that won Ironman's 2016 Athlete choice award for Best Race Venue with its downstream swim, views of the Cumberland Plateau and the Tennessee river, and an incredible town atmosphere that makes this race both charming and inviting. This camp will have plenty of course recon, as well as a free swim analysis. Hosted by Coaches Heather and Pat Casey.
