How do I sign up?

You can register online through the BAM Website and we have some SWEET offers for those who register for ALL 4 Sessions (Camp Special)! When you register for 3 Sessions, the 4th one is FREE! To celebrate BAM's successful 2017 season, athletes who register for our "Camp Special" before October 5th will receive FREE Lactate Testing, as well as FREE bike storage for the winter months! How convenient! No more carrying your bike out to your car in the snow and no more salt on your bike (other than the salt from your sweat). Register now to get your FREE Blood Lactate Test and FREE Winter Bike Storage (a $300 Value) along with the best off season training of your life!

About the Program!

Dr. Max Testa, Coach of the BMC Professional Cycling Team and USAT and Team USA Paralympic Coach Wesley Johnson work in collaboration to build the ultimate indoor program based on the various physiological demands of both triathlon and cycling. Max Testa’s background is training professional cyclists, and his program incorporates effective, scientific training modalities used by top athletes in the world! 

This program uses a tailor-made training program based on each athletes' individual fitness profile. During each session, you ride your own bike mounted on a CompuTrainer or Wahoo Kick'r for measuring and applying power; exercise intensity is precisely prescribed whether you are triathlete training for an Ironman, a bike racer looking to improve fitness, or a recreational rider wanting to stay in shape over the winter! 

BAM utilizes both CompuTrainers as well as Wahoo Kick'rs in their upstairs cycling studio.

Each block is 6 weeks of training, meeting two or three times a week. During each class, an instructor guides participants through a training program based on their power zones. BAM’s Indoor Cycling Program lives up to its reputation, but not only because you will get a great workout! Our team of coaches and instructors are there to provide an upbeat, supportive, and positive environment to train in! They will keep you engaged and energized for each 90-minute session. You will also learn from instructors who have backgrounds in strength and conditioning, cycling, physiology, and physical therapy! 

Each athlete will also receive an "off the bike" strength routine, complete with a variety of exercises necessary to complement the work being done on the bike!

Prices and Options

INDIVIDUAL 6 WEEK BLOCKS: $285.00 

INITIAL LACTATE TEST: $150.00

FOLLOW-UP LACTATE TESTS (to re-establish training zones): $120.00

All 4 Sessions: $855 *(Includes one free session and lactate test)

*First time participants MUST either have a lactate test prior to the start of the program, a recent test using a power meter to set their zones, OR *If athlete cannot purchase a blood lactate test, BAM will help set zones using a FREE FTP Test to determine your power zones! If you have zones set currently and register for ALL Sessions, feel free to use your acquired lactate test at ANY point throughout the camp. It is important to have at least one lactate test during camp to properly monitor your progress and optimize your training!

Tyler Howland said in his Utah Tri Buzz Interview, after his incredible Kona qualifying performance at Coeur d'Alene, "I did the BAM cycling sessions as really my first full, consistent year of training. Right before Boulder 70.3 I decided to take a second lactate threshold test, and my levels had jumped by over 30%. I still have a long ways to go to be considered a good cyclist, still probably another 30%. But honestly, next to my wife my biggest cheerleaders have been the coaches at BAM."
