Many of us in the #bamfam share our multisport journeys on social media. Get a closer look at the day-to-day art of training and racing in balance through our blogs and Instagram accounts.

Skye Moench

Skye's blog gives a real, inside look into the glamorous (and not-so-glamorous) life of a professional triathlete. Formerly a Big 4 tax accountant, Skye is relatively new to the tri life and is, therefore, constantly learning how to race, train, eat, recover, and perform better. She is entering her 2nd season as a pro, following an impressive rookie year in which she shared multiple podiums with some of the biggest names in women's triathlon. Skye hopes to share her experiences and tri life with you through her blog and instagram account.
