Join us in the summer months for our adult triathlon programs, coached by our experienced and USAT-certified coaching staff with an emphasis on tri-specific technique and race preparation.
Building on our highly successful Summer Swim Series at the Draper Outdoor Pool, we’ve expanded our adult summer program in 2019 with a second day of swimming, a second indoor power-based bike class, a strength class and the option to pay for all sessions in a single discounted lump sum.

Summer Swim Series
Coached sessions in 50m outdoor pools for tri-specific technique and race preparation. Power Program subscribers receive written workouts in their online account.

Maintain, Race + Recover phase of our indoor, power-zone based cycling classes. Subscribers get access to written workouts, structured files and recordings.
